All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). To initiate an exchange, please complete the returns and exchanges form.

Footwear Sizing Procedure
- Take a blank piece of paper and place flat on the floor.
- Stand on the piece of paper with your shoes and socks off.
- Place a mark on the paper at the heel and at the tip of the longest toe.
- Measure this distance and use the chart to the below to establish your size.
If your measurement is in between sizes go up a size rather than down.
