Popping candy or Pop Rocks with a cocoa butter coating. Perfect for use in confectionery and desserts. Best used in applications where there is moisture, such as mousse, ganache, ice cream etc.
Cocoa butter has no flavour or colour and is used only to protect the popping candy in applications where it is required to be in contact with moisture. (eg. Cakes, Mousse, Chocolate Centres etc.)
Ingredients: Sugar, lactose, glucose, carbon dioxide and cocoa butter
