We offer a complete embroidery service, which we recommend for its durability, colourfastness and professional appearance.

Whether a simple name or business logo, we can embroider the majority of garments from our extensive range. We have no minimum order and provide a turnaround of approximately 1-4 weeks*

PLEASE NOTE: We’re unable to provide exchanges or refunds once garments have been embroidered. Please be very careful when selecting your required colours and sizes. Please refer to our size charts. If you are still unsure, please contact us for additional assistance before placing your order.

Turnaround

Embroidery turnaround times change daily but the majority of standard size orders (1-20 garments) take approximately 5-20 working days* (including graphics set-up, excluding dispatch & transit times). For bulk orders please ask us for an estimate.

*Turnaround time may be longer during holiday periods.

How to Order

When ordering applicable products (ie. chef jackets, aprons, t-shirts, polo shirts) you will be presented with an “Embroidery” option – please tick the Embroidery box and enter the embroidery text required along with the colour and font selection.

Fonts & Colours

Please see samples below for fonts and colours available to order via the website. If you require custom fonts and/or colours for your embroidery design, please contact us to arrange separately.

Note: colours are indicative only and may be slightly different due to different screen / monitor set-ups.

Logo position Jackets/Polos

Embroidery will be positioned on the wearer’s left breast. If your embroidery includes a logo and name, the name will be positioned under the logo. Please see the example diagram below. Please contact us if you require a different layout.

Apron Embroidery

We can embroider logos or text in a variety of different positions. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Collar Flags

Adding embroidered flags to a chef jacket adds a personal and professional touch, showcasing pride in one’s heritage or global culinary experience. This stylish detail enhances the jacket’s aesthetic while reflecting a chef’s unique journey and expertise.

When ordering applicable products, click on “Embroidery Options” dropdown heading and tick “Add Embroidery” box. You can then follow prompts to add collar flags to your jacket.

Digital printing can allow for more intricate designs, increased colour vibrancy and photo-realistic branding when compared to embroidery.

Additionally, digital printing is a cost-effective solution for higher quantity orders as reflected in our pricing structure below.

Setup fee:

• No charge for logos supplied in a Vector PDF or Vector EPS design file.
• $33.00+ for other file formats (depending on logo complexity). This fee is once off and wouldn’t apply to future orders.
